How Much Does It Cost?
Less than you can do it for yourself! Ever try to buy a diabetic mailing list for an area of say just 4 or 5 miles from your drug store? How about Prenatal or Post Natal Moms in that same area? Then you find out that the list company only has a few hundred names in that category and their minimum order is 5000 records? Sure they'll sell you the few names they have but will charge you extra to de-dupe your current customers and if you're lucky enough to be able to afford their minimum order amount of $300 or $400 its only the beginning. Now you have to design a mailing, find someone to print that small quantity and affix postage.

Most of our clients spend on average just a little more than $600 a month which includes getting 5 different unique lists in their neighborhood each month, printing high quality mailers that are UV Gloss coated, 6 x 11in size, 4-color and yes that even includes the postage! While past performance doesn't always indicate what your response will be, needless to say that the results of this program have been overwhelming! We've had redemptions as high as 38% with the overall average for an Independent Drug Store of 17%! Keep in mind that each category gets a different quantity each month. Having said that, here are the redemptions to date by category:

Diabetics: 8%
New Movers: 11%
Pre Natal Moms: 15%
Geriatric: 17%
Post Natal Moms: 20%

What Maximum Distance Should I Use For Marketing To These "High Value" Prospects?
If your drug store is located in an average metropolitan area, a 3 or 5-mile maximum radius is recommended. In a large metropolis like Los Angeles, New York or Chicago, we recommend a 1 or 2-mile radius. In the rural markets, many of our clients are doing great with a 20-mile maximum distance.

Will You Be Mailing These Offers to My Existing Clients?
That's up to you. If you wish to send us your existing customer file, we can use it as a suppression when purchasing these "high valued" prospects. We'll execute a Confidentiality Agreement with you protecting your data and we suggest you update it every 6 months or so.

Remember, there is always a chance that an existing customer may get a mailing regardless. This can happen if their name is spelled differently or in some cases misspelled in a database.

How Often Do The Mailings Go Out?
The program is mailed the last few days of every calendar month. It incorporates 2 perforated removable coupons in the postcard that expire at different times (the first one on the 15th and the second one at the end of the month). This is designed to not only build new trial to your drug store, but also to increase the frequency of visits from what is normally once a month, to at least twice a month.
