Overview:
This entire program is a recurring monthly direct mail program that is focused on building new trial from high valued prospects that reside close to your Drug Store. From the start, our dedicated design team can completely customize each version and the offers to your specific needs. In fact, our patented print and list fulfillment technology is so unique that you can even include full color photos of your pharmacist and location specific photos, locator maps, etc., in each mail piece and for each location.

Each month, all of the Drug Store's that are enrolled in the program are placed in queue and data is collected from the settings you pre-selected when you signed up. Keep in mind that each month, there are a limited number of Pre-Natal and Post Natal Moms, New Movers, and Geriatric Birthdays in your limited radius. So we start by pulling up to 100 from each category, if there is a deficit, we will plug in more from the two most "data-rich" categories, which are typically Diabetics, and Geriatric Birthdays. If there is still a deficit in the minimum number of mailings required, we will still fulfill a limited order, and only charge you for what has been mailed. You'll never pay for anything that was not mailed on your behalf.

After the mailings are sent out, you'll begin to see responses very soon because all of the mailings utilize First Class Postage for efficient delivery and quick response.

Measuring Redemptions:
Measuring success is crucial with any marketing program. If you can't measure it, why do it? In fact, we take our success quite seriously. As a result, we have a bar code that we place on every certificate. Included in that bar code is the new customer's:
Name
Mailing Address
Category They Responded From
Which months mailing they responded to

Simply collect a months worth of redemptions, and simply mail them in to us. You'll get back an email with an excel spreadsheet of all of your new customers with great detail. It's a perfect way to get out follow up mailers, thank you cards, etc. We can even show you how to automate a seamless follow up system to automatically send out the follow ups for you regardless of how large or small the quantity!

What Maximum Distance Should I Use For Marketing To These "High Value" Prospects?
If your drug store is located in an average metropolitan area, a 3 or 5-mile maximum radius is recommended. In a large metropolis like Los Angeles, New York or Chicago, we recommend a 1 or 2-mile radius. In the rural markets, many of our clients are doing great with a 20-mile maximum distance.

Will You Be Mailing These Offers to My Existing Clients?
That's up to you. If you wish to send us your existing customer file, we can use it as a suppression when purchasing these "high valued" prospects. We'll execute a Confidentiality Agreement with you protecting your data and we suggest you update it every 6 months or so.

Remember, there is always a chance that an existing customer may get a mailing regardless. This can happen if their name is spelled differently or in some cases misspelled in a database.

How Often Do The Mailings Go Out?
The program is mailed the last few days of every calendar month. It incorporates 2 perforated removable coupons in the postcard that expire at different times (the first one on the 15th and the second one at the end of the month). This is designed to not only build new trial to your drug store, but also to increase the frequency of visits from what is normally once a month, to at least twice a month.

How Do I Get Started?
Simply call us at 1-888-795-6245 and we'll have you in the next monthly run! During the call we'll determine what maximum distance is right for your store(s), discuss the offers and give you an easy way to get us your logo and pharmacists photos (if you want to customize the look of each piece).

From there, you'll fill out a simple sign-up form and before you know it you can enjoy the sight of new clients flowing through your door ready to become new clients of your drug store. (Minimum run is for 6 consecutive Months)
